GoalShaper is a start-up productivity platform designed to help entrepreneurs intelligently organise and prioritise their time — across goals, milestones, and daily actions.
The challenge
Deliver lead UX and UI design for a start-up wanting to intelligently organise an entrepreneur’s time. The product needed to work across web and mobile, surface the right priority at the right moment, and feel immediately useful without a steep learning curve.
Design process
Lean UX and continuous user research, collaborating closely with the technical delivery team throughout. Rapid prototyping cycles were used to validate the core interaction model — a three-mode structure (Find, Sort, Do) — before committing to high-fidelity UI. The design system was built modularly to support iterative delivery.
The priority view surfaces what matters most each day. Category management lets users organise across Work, Family, Health, Finance and custom groups. A consistent colour language across categories carries through every view.
Impact
Successful, validated MVP launched. Company still going.
The analytics dashboard and progress tracker were validated through usability testing, confirming that users could orient quickly and act on the right things at the right time.
